From certified deadstock of the famous designer and made in Italy, this is a very fine all-cotton woven rainwear. Yardage is quite limited, so act now! A unique approach to rainwear, with a matte finish and a dry hand in a beautiful shade of mallard green. Water beads and runs off the surface, and while it is not fully waterproof for long-term exposure this fabric makes an excellent water-resistant layer. With a firm, cottony drape and no stretch, this medium weight fabric is a beautiful choice for a lined or unlined jacket or trench. Also great for bags, purses, hats, etc. The slightly lighter side is the face. Hand wash and lay flat to dry or dry clean.
